Health Hacks

No, this is not a coronavirus post. I’m talking about general good health whether you work from home, on the road, or in an office.


When I am working from home, I try to take the time to create a healthy lunch and stop for a few minutes to enjoy it. Because, quite honestly, when I am on the road between appointments, I may need to grab something quick—and it’s not always the healthiest choice. I also make a point of walking to meetings whenever I can.
