Stay Above the Fray Tip #2 - "We're Still Here for You!"

It's important to reassure and remind your audience that you are still providing services—and perhaps planning a grand re-opening soon!

Local businesses have a strong relationship between staff and clients. Friendly waitstaff and sales people develop positive relationships with your customers.

Post photos on social media of your on-site employees at work, taking a call, filling an order, etc., so that your audience can see and appreciate who is "watching the store." Show the faces of the people who are working and let them know they are still there for your clients.

Effective communication is key!
