Where do you belong? What’s your fit? What do you want to be when you grow up?
As adults, we struggle with these questions just as much as the middle-schoolers who are heading back to academia this month. While we encourage our kids to figure it out in the classroom and on the playground, we need to address this in our business lives as well.
Who am I? Who is my audience? What is my niche? What makes me special?
